Asl\u0131nda siz i\u015finizi etkin bir \u015fekilde yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken \u015fahs\u0131n\u0131za yap\u0131lan rahats\u0131z edici ve sistemli <em>her \u015fey<\/em> mobbingdir. Ve mobbing, alanyaz\u0131nda kabul g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekliyle, i\u015f yerlerinde olur. Bug\u00fcn pek \u00e7ok alanda bu kavram kullan\u0131labiliyor. Ancak biz bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda kamusal alanda mobbinge de\u011finecek, \u00f6zellikle e\u011fitim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne s\u0131zan partile\u015fmeden, onun getirdi\u011fi tahrip edici g\u00fc\u00e7ten, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin yarg\u0131 organ\u0131 gibi davranan sendikala\u015fman\u0131n do\u011furdu\u011fu nepotizmden, cinsiyet\u00e7ilikten, ma\u011fdurun yaln\u0131z ve savunmas\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinden al\u0131nan g\u00fc\u00e7ten, s\u00f6zde kutsal bir ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in verilen kararlar\u0131n asl\u0131nda arkas\u0131nda yatan kirli hesaplar\u0131n nas\u0131l ve ne \u015fekilde, neye dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bahsedece\u011fiz. Mobbing, <em>sistemli, s\u00fcrekli<\/em>, <em>bilin\u00e7li yap\u0131l\u0131r<\/em> ve <em>y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r<\/em>. Maruz kalan ki\u015fide -ne yaz\u0131k ki- birtak\u0131m somut zararlara sebep olur. \u00d6rne\u011fin ciddi boyutlara varan stres y\u00fck\u00fc, anksiyete, travma sonras\u0131 stres bozuklu\u011fu, kekeleme, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnememe, kontrols\u00fcz zay\u0131flama ya da \u015fi\u015fmanlama gibi, bedensel birtak\u0131m ataklar\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Mobbingin Kahramanlar\u0131 Kimdir? Etkileri Nelerdir?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mobbingin kahramanlar\u0131 tabii ki genellikle erkeklerdir\u2026 Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015fyerlerinde erkeklere g\u00f6re daha \u00e7ok mobbing ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131nlar en \u00e7ok mobbingi erkeklerden g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ifade etmi\u015flerdir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, terfilerde en son d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen isim olmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, erkeklere g\u00f6re daha az \u00fccrete lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmeleri s\u00f6z konusudur. Kad\u0131nlarla yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde pek \u00e7o\u011fu y\u00f6neticileri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli takip edilmelerinden duyduklar\u0131 rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade etmi\u015flerdir. Kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik mobbingin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 nedeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olmalar\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok kad\u0131n olmalar\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r(A\u015fk\u0131n,2018). Mobbing eyleminin uzun s\u00fcreli olmas\u0131 ve yinelenmesi mobbing kurban\u0131n\u0131n dayanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve yard\u0131m almayacak duruma gelmesine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r (G\u00fcveyi, 2013:1458). B\u00f6ylece \u201cbir kad\u0131n nas\u0131l olsa g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczd\u00fcr\u201d denerek o zalim elin zulm\u00fcnden nasibini almaktad\u0131r. Y\u0131l 2020 ve konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz konu ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fkas\u0131 \u00fczerinde kurdu\u011fu rezil bir tahakk\u00fcm. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc her yerde\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re mobbing, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde daha yo\u011fun g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. TCK\u2019de mobbinge y\u00f6nelik do\u011frudan bir h\u00fck\u00fcm yok. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ispat y\u00fck\u00fc ile ilgili de bir d\u00fczenleme bulunmuyor. Ancak TCK\u2019da: &nbsp;\u2018\u2018\u0130ntihara Y\u00f6nlendirme Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 84), Kasten Yaralama Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 86-87), Eziyet Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 96), Cinsel Sald\u0131r\u0131 ve (TCK m. 102) ve Cinsel Taciz Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 105), Cebir Kullanma Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 108), Ki\u015filerin Huzur ve S\u00fck\u00fbnunu Bozma Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 123), Hakaret Su\u00e7u (TCK m. 125)\u2019\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda hak aranabiliyor. Dedikodu yaymak, ma\u011fdur ki\u015fi ile ilgili olmad\u0131k varsay\u0131mlar \u00fcreterek ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131 daraltmak, di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ma\u011fdura kar\u015f\u0131 bilemek, sosyal medyadan rahats\u0131z etmek, mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda rahats\u0131z etmek, onur ve \u015ferefe kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen su\u00e7lar kapsam\u0131na giriyor ve geriye sadece bunu somut delillerle ispat etmek kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne yaz\u0131k ki mobbing kamuda da etkisini son y\u0131llarda olduk\u00e7a \u015fiddetli g\u00f6stermekte. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin cad\u0131 av\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar gibi birilerine hedef g\u00f6sterilmesi ve yarat\u0131lan korku distopyas\u0131 yeni ma\u011fdurlar yarat\u0131yor. &nbsp;Y\u0131llarca hem \u00f6zel hem kamusal sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir kad\u0131n olarak ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131ma kendim bile inanamazken, <em>Mor Dayan\u0131\u015fma<\/em> \u00fcyesi olarak mobbingdena\u011fz\u0131 yanm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nlarla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde duyduklar\u0131m\u0131n ak\u0131l al\u0131r gibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmeliyim. Ancak hala inan\u0131yoruz ki e\u011fitim emek\u00e7ileri, eme\u011fin kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcceltmeye devam edecektir bu anlamda m\u00fccadele eden \u00f6\u011fretmenler eli \u00f6p\u00fclesi ki\u015filerdir. Bug\u00fcn okullar WhatsApp gruplar\u0131ndan keyfe keder y\u00f6netilir duruma gelse de&#8230; \u00d6zel okullara hi\u00e7 de\u011finmiyorum. \u00d6\u011fretmene <em>garsonu<\/em> muamelesi yapan veliler g\u00f6rd\u00fc g\u00f6zlerimiz. Akademik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden ge\u00e7en kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkek akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f insan muamelesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; akademide olduklar\u0131 zaman da ciddiye al\u0131nmamalar\u0131 akademinin erkek tekelinde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren tipik \u00f6rneklerden biridir. Ataerkil sistem ise bu tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc besleyen kurallarla \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc olmas\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n akademisyenin isyan etti\u011fi durumlardan biri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ataerkil sistem kad\u0131n akademisyenleri \u00f6tekile\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 da sans\u00fcrlemekte ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. Devlet \u00fcniversitelerinde <em>Toplumsal Cinsiyet ve Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 <\/em>alan\u0131nda toplumsal cinsiyet ibaresinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bu s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara en tipik \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Ayr\u0131ca toplumsal cinsiyet ve kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda akademik kariyer yapmak isteyen kad\u0131nlara da belirli k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar getirildi\u011fi a\u015fikar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soruyorum, neden lisans b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden biri toplumsal cinsiyet ve kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olmas\u0131n ? Belirli \u00fcniversitelerde bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm y\u00fcksek lisans veya \u2013s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131- doktora programlar\u0131nda yer veriliyor. Neden kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm olarak de\u011fil <em>merkez<\/em> olarak ge\u00e7iyor? Ni\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar merkez s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapmak zorunda kal\u0131yor ? B\u00f6l\u00fcmde yard\u0131mc\u0131 do\u00e7ent olarak g\u00f6rev yapan erkek bir akademisyen taraf\u0131ndan bir g\u00fcn odas\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaylardan sonra sinir krizi ge\u00e7irdi ve intihar giri\u015fiminde bulundu (Duvar, 2019b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir \u00fcniversitede profes\u00f6r olan Asl\u0131, hamile olduktan sonra akademide ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 eril \u015fiddeti ne denli korkun\u00e7 oldu\u011fu Duvar Gazetesi\u2019nde yer verildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cProfes\u00f6r, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 Asl\u0131\u2019ya \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla ilgili sorular sordu\u011funda ortam\u0131 terk ediyordu. Bir s\u00fcre sonra bir ba\u015fka kad\u0131n arkada\u015f\u0131 da anne olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi\u011finde, bu kez Asl\u0131 arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yoklu\u011funda \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u011fnelemelere maruz kalmaya ba\u015flad\u0131: \u201cBu topluma \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmak aptall\u0131kt\u0131r. D\u00f6nse bile o \u00e7ocu\u011fun s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 bitmez.\u201d Asl\u0131, mobbing&#8217;e u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u201cYa\u015fl\u0131 adam i\u015fte\u201d, \u201cOnun jenerasyonunda erkek olmak b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey\u201d gibi ifadelerle normalle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsalar da, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 da onunla hemfikirdi. Anne olduktan sonra hocas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tav\u0131rlardan onlar da rahats\u0131zd\u0131 ama Asl\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere kimse bir \u015fey yapm\u0131yordu: \u201cArt\u0131k \u00f6yle bir noktaday\u0131z ki hoca bana, \u2018Merhaba\u2019 dedi\u011finde herkes \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131k i\u00e7inde birbirine bak\u0131yor. Merkeze birileri geliyor diyelim, benimle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131yor. B\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcn\u00fc ayn\u0131 ofiste ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz ama tek laf etmedi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnler \u00e7ok\u2026 Asl\u0131\u2019ya g\u00f6re, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n akademide annelik stat\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yeterince konu\u015fulmamas\u0131 bir sorun\u2026 \u00d6zel \u00fcniversitelerin herhangi bir \u015firketten fark\u0131 kalmamas\u0131 sebebiyle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015flerini kaybetme korkusuyla anne olduklar\u0131ndan bahsetmeye bile \u00e7ekindiklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.\u201d<\/em> (Duvar, 2019a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir\u00e7ok sebeplere s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak kad\u0131n akademisyenler eril tahakk\u00fcm taraf\u0131ndan psikolojik, hukuksal vb. \u015fiddete, mobbinge maruz kal\u0131yor. \u0130\u00e7imizde hala \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u2013hi\u00e7bir zaman unutulamayacak bir isim- olan akademisyen Ceren Damar \u015eenel\u2019in \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7imde hi\u00e7 unutamayaca\u011f\u0131m bir \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc. Ceren Damar\u2019\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi eril tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn ne kadar tehlikeli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren eylemlerinden biri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu konuda bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n akademisyen bir araya gelip \u201c ba\u015fka bir akademi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131na bir araya gelmeye devam ediyor. <em>\u201cCinsiyet\u00e7i k\u00fclt\u00fcre kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fka bir akademi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131 imza kampanyas\u0131 eril tahakk\u00fcme kar\u015f\u0131 duru\u015fun \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 t\u00fcm e\u011fitim ve akademik alanda var olma m\u00fccadelesini g\u00f6steren kad\u0131nlara ve kanayan yaram\u0131z Ceren Damar \u015eenel\u2019e hitap etmek istiyorum. Son olarak yaz\u0131y\u0131 <em>\u201cCinsiyet\u00e7i k\u00fclt\u00fcre kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fka bir akademi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d<\/em> metninin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 buraya ekleyerek bitirmek istiyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201c2019 y\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye akademisini derinden sarsmas\u0131 gereken iki erkek \u015fiddeti vakas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6nce Ceren Damar asistan olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcniversitede, s\u0131navda kopya \u00e7ekti\u011fini tespit etti\u011fi bir erkek \u00f6\u011frencisi taraf\u0131ndan katledildi. Ard\u0131ndan, Bilgi \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan klinik psikolog Murat Paker terapi esnas\u0131nda kad\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 taciz etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle cinsel sald\u0131r\u0131 su\u00e7undan yarg\u0131lanarak ceza ald\u0131. Ne var ki bu fiil akademiden di\u015fe dokunur bir tepki g\u00f6rmedi. Bu iki olay\u0131 birbirine ekleyen toplumsal cinsiyete dayal\u0131 yap\u0131sal bir ba\u011f oldu\u011funu ve bunun merkezinde eril tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn durdu\u011funu biliyoruz. Akademik d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak, art\u0131k bu sorunu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirmenin zaman\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Akademide cinsel tacizle ve onun arkas\u0131nda yatan cinsiyet\u00e7i iktidarla m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel, akademiye atfedilen sayg\u0131nl\u0131k ve otoritenin erkeklik otoritesiyle birle\u015ferek erkek faillerin \u00e7evresini bir koza gibi \u00f6rmesidir. Akademi i\u00e7inden veya d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan, her kim olursa olsun, failleri koruman\u0131n kendimizi ait g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz akademik gelene\u011fin t\u00fcm etik ilkeleriyle ters d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu akademik anlay\u0131\u015fla aram\u0131za bir s\u0131n\u0131r \u00e7izdi\u011fimizi kamuoyuna aktarmak ihtiyac\u0131 hissediyoruz. Akademinin ya\u015fanan b\u00fct\u00fcn bask\u0131 ve zorluklara ra\u011fmen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc e\u015fitsizlik ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k bi\u00e7imlerinin fark\u0131na var\u0131p bunlarla m\u00fccadele etmesi gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.
