T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de koronavir\u00fcs s\u00fcrecinde pek \u00e7ok yerde soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasaklar\u0131 uygulan\u0131rken, bu durumdan istifade edilerek ekolojik tahribata yol a\u00e7an \u00e7e\u015fitli projeler (Salda G\u00f6l\u00fc kumullar\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, bir\u00e7ok yerde HES, RES ve JES\u2019ler i\u00e7in acele kamula\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lmas\u0131) alelacele uygulamaya konuldu. Kad\u0131nlar t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, ekolojik y\u0131k\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131 1970&#8217;lerden beri seslerini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p aktif bir \u015fekilde direnmektedirler. Bu ama\u00e7la bir araya gelen kad\u0131nlar, sadece do\u011fa i\u00e7in de\u011fil, kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de m\u00fccadele etmektedirler. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de bunun bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rne\u011fini ya\u015fad\u0131k. Cerattepe&#8217;de maden in\u015faat\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015fte, devlet \u015fiddetine kar\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131nlar en \u00f6n saflardayd\u0131. Bu eylemle birlikte kad\u0131nlar daha \u00e7ok soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karak ve geri planda kalmayarak kendi s\u00f6zlerini ortaya koydular. Benzer \u015fekilde, Gerze&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar termik santrale kar\u015f\u0131 gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz n\u00f6betteydiler. Kirazliyayla&#8217;da madene kar\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015flayan direni\u015f sonucu, eyleme kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar jandarma taraf\u0131ndan evlerine kadar takip edilip g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131lar. \u00dclkenin bir\u00e7ok yerinde yap\u0131lmak istenen HES&#8217;lere kar\u015f\u0131, yine kad\u0131nlar m\u00fccadeleyi birlikte \u00f6rg\u00fctlediler ve bir anlamda devletin \u015fiddetine kar\u015f\u0131 birlikte direndiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Neden kad\u0131nlar hep \u00f6nde direniyorlar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki, kad\u0131nlar bu direni\u015fte neden \u00f6n saftalar? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, topra\u011f\u0131n verimsiz hale gelmesiyle tar\u0131m yap\u0131lam\u0131yor, su kaynaklar\u0131 kirleniyor ve kimi yerlerde de g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlanarak aileleriyle birlikte yerlerinden ediliyorlar. Madencilik faaliyeti yap\u0131lan b\u00f6lgelerde, tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 ve yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131 kirleniyor. Yarat\u0131lan bu kirlilik, b\u00f6lgede \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na da neden oluyor.&nbsp; Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde termik ve hidroelektrik santrallerin yap\u0131m a\u015famalar\u0131nda da \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar, erozyon ve sel olu\u015fumunda art\u0131\u015f, topraklar\u0131n verimlili\u011finin d\u00fc\u015fmesi gibi sorunlar ba\u015f g\u00f6steriyor. Sosyal ve ekonomik konumlar\u0131 nedeniyle ya\u015fam \u015fartlar\u0131 zaten zor olan kad\u0131nlar, zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7 ve artan yoksullukla beraber toplumsal bask\u0131ya ve erkek \u015fiddetine daha a\u00e7\u0131k hale geliyorlar. Tarlalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan aile bireylerinin beslenme ve bak\u0131m\u0131na kadar t\u00fcm i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn sorumlulu\u011funun kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 da, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131ndaki bu krizden daha \u00e7ok etkilenmelerine sebep oluyor. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da ekolojik bask\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet ve istismar olaylar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ktidar\u0131n, bu sistematik y\u0131k\u0131m politikalar\u0131n\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu \u015feyler sadece ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n talan edilmesiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131yor ve beraberinde ciddi bir ekolojik tahribata da yol a\u00e7\u0131yor.&nbsp; Yine bu politikalar, b\u00f6lgedeki canl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Hasankeyf ve Il\u0131su Baraj\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere, toplumsal ve tarihsel belle\u011fi de yerle bir ediyor. Batman&#8217;da bulunan Hasankeyf 12 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihiyle, zengin bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikime sahiptir. Bu birikimin yok edilmesi, bir nevi \u2018\u2019belleksizle\u015ftirmeye\u2019\u2019 ve \u2018\u2019yersiz yurtsuzla\u015ft\u0131rmaya\u2019\u2019 yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. \u0130ktidar erkleri ve i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i sermayedarlar, kolektif haf\u0131zay\u0131 yok edip insanlar\u0131 k\u00f6klerinden kopararak, bir bak\u0131ma onlar\u0131 kendilerine ait olmayan bir hayat\u0131 ya\u015famaya mecbur b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131rlar.&nbsp; Haf\u0131za, unutmaya kar\u015f\u0131 bir direni\u015f bi\u00e7imidir. Bu direni\u015fi yok etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan iktidar\u0131n Hasankeyf&#8217;te yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, tarihsel de\u011ferlerin nesnele\u015ftirilerek nas\u0131l de\u011fersizle\u015ftirildi\u011fine tan\u0131kl\u0131k ettik hepimiz. Ama \u00f6te yandan bu faaliyetler s\u00fcslenip, manip\u00fcle edilerek orada yap\u0131lan k\u0131y\u0131m unutturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Hasankeyf&#8217;in &#8220;yeni&#8221; y\u00fcz\u00fc s\u00f6ylemiyle ziyarete sunuluyor. Bunca y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihsel dokunun \u00fczerine beton d\u00f6kerek, kendi \u00e7arp\u0131k \u2018\u2019k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u2019\u2019 alg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dayatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi mi \u00e7evre m\u00fccadelesi mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Artan betonla\u015fma faaliyetleri, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011fayla olan ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 kopararak bilgi birikimlerini de i\u015flevsiz hale getiriyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin betonla\u015fman\u0131n kentlerdeki kadar yo\u011fun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde, kad\u0131nlar b\u00f6lgenin topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc daha iyi tan\u0131yor ve do\u011fayla kurduklar\u0131 ili\u015fkiyi koparmayarak bilgi birikimlerini kullanabiliyorlar. Tohumlar\u0131 nas\u0131l toplayacaklar\u0131 ve nas\u0131l muhafaza edip, ekimini yapacaklar\u0131 bilgisine en \u00e7ok onlar sahip. Bu nedenden olsa gerek, eskiden anneler k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7eyizlerine, muhta\u00e7 olmadan ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilsinler diye, \u00e7oraplar i\u00e7inde tohum b\u0131rak\u0131rlarm\u0131\u015f.[2] Kad\u0131nlar tohumu koruduklar\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi de korumu\u015f olurlar. Fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Tar\u0131m Kanunu\u2019yla beraber, biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin ticarile\u015ftirilmesi ve biyoteknolojik yollarla \u00e7e\u015fitli \u0131slah metotlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanarak, sermayeye tohum \u00fczerinde s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z haklar sunuluyor. Bu durum koruma ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda, hem biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe zarar veriyor hem de \u00fcreticinin elindeki tohumlar\u0131 alma hakk\u0131na sahip oluyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eski zamanlardan beri otlar\u0131 daha iyi tan\u0131yan ve hangi hastal\u0131klara iyi geldi\u011fi bilgisine sahip olan kad\u0131nlar, bu bilgilerini birbirilerine \u00e7a\u011flar boyu aktarm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.&nbsp; Ataerkil zihniyet taraf\u0131ndan \u015feytanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak b\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fckle su\u00e7lanan \u015fifac\u0131 kad\u0131nlar, planl\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan cad\u0131 avlar\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015fkencelere maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve toplumsal stat\u00fcleri ellerinden al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de patriyarkal politikalarla \u00f6rt\u00fck bir \u015fekilde devam eden bu zihniyet, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011faya ait bilgilerini elinden al\u0131yor ve aralar\u0131ndaki dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sona erdirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6te yandan cad\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma politikas\u0131 sadece \u015fifac\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131 de\u011fil, d\u00f6nemin ahlaki kurallar\u0131na uymayan t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hedef alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cad\u0131 avlar\u0131yla, kad\u0131na dair olan her \u015feye m\u00fcdahale edilerek, erkek egemen zihniyetin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na indirgenen bir kad\u0131n alg\u0131s\u0131 yarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Belle\u011fin yok edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir di\u011fer bi\u00e7imini de cad\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, nesnele\u015ftirilerek t\u00fcketim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan malzeme edilmesiyle cad\u0131 avlar\u0131n\u0131n tarihsel \u00f6neminin unutturulmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u2018do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi\u2019 do\u011faya daha yak\u0131n olduklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylenmesi ve bu nedenle daha bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l ya da yap\u0131c\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131n vurgulanmas\u0131 tehlikelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u015fekilde, erkek egemen zihniyetin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m ve sava\u015flar ola\u011fanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar ve erkekler aras\u0131nda yarat\u0131lan bu ayr\u0131m, toplumsal bir in\u015fad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar da di\u011fer t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar gibi do\u011fan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131rlar. Fakat, ya\u015fanan ekolojik y\u0131k\u0131mlar sonucu ilk olarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fitsizlik derinle\u015fmektedir. Yani, kad\u0131nlar bu m\u00fccadelede, hayatlar\u0131na do\u011frudan de\u011fen bir yerden hareket ediyorlar. Patriyarkal kapitalist politikalar, do\u011fay\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclecek bedava bir kaynak olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. Ayn\u0131 zihniyet, kad\u0131n eme\u011fini de bedenini de kendi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn istikrar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fa ve kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki bu bask\u0131n\u0131n niteli\u011fini anlamak, bu zihniyetle m\u00fccadelede \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.
