Tecav\u00fcz\u00fcn, k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00e7ocukluk deneyimlerinin bir sonucu oldu\u011funu varsayarken, sahipsiz ve tahrip olmu\u015f erkekleri tecav\u00fcz\u00fcn merkezine yerle\u015ftiriyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pizzy ise erkeklerin sorunlu \u00e7ocukluk deneyimlerinde babalar\u0131n\u0131n, annelerine uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 \u015fiddeti g\u00f6rmeleri nedeniyle kad\u0131nlara \u015fiddet uygulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor. Tezlerini sunarken vermi\u015f olduklar\u0131 verilerin ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren yeni veriler de ortaya konuluyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin Russel\u2019in evlilik i\u00e7i tecav\u00fcz olaylar\u0131nda kocalar\u0131n t\u00fcm toplumsal tabakalardan olabildi\u011fi tespiti olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131n\u0131f Analizcileri ise erkek \u015fiddetinin s\u0131n\u0131f hiyerar\u015fisinin en alt\u0131ndaki erkekler taraf\u0131ndan uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunuyor. Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet kullanan erkeklerin, k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullarda ya\u015fayan, s\u00fcrekli ezilmi\u015f ve \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilmi\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. ABD\u2019de yap\u0131lan \u201cUlusal \u015eiddetin Nedenleri ve \u00d6nlenmesi Komisyonu\u201d verilerine dayanarak bu sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, polisten al\u0131nan ihbarlar \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kar\u015f\u0131 tezini geli\u015ftiren yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan biri siyahi (afro-Amerikan) tecav\u00fczc\u00fclerin y\u00fczde 24\u2019\u00fc polise bildirilirken beyaz tecav\u00fczc\u00fclerin %5 nin bildirildi\u011fi ortaya koyuluyor. Burada \u00f6zellikle \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, milliyet\u00e7ilik soslar\u0131 ile bezenen \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlarla beyaz \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131f erkeklerin su\u00e7suzlu\u011fu ispatlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de b\u00f6yle bir istatistiki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mevcut de\u011fil. Ancak son s\u00fcre\u00e7te tecav\u00fcz, taciz ve \u015fiddete dair g\u00f6\u00e7menlere d\u00f6n\u00fck inan\u0131lmaz \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerin iktidar ve di\u011fer \u00e7evrelerce y\u00fcksek sesle dillendirilmesi, sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelen t\u00fcm k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin Suriyeliler geldikten sonraya dayand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 benzer \u015fekilde \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131f ar\u0131nmas\u0131 denemeleri olarak g\u00f6rebiliriz.\u00a0 Tabi ki bu meselenin sadece bir y\u00f6n\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hal\u0131 Alt\u0131na S\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fclenler<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soruyu tersten sorarsak bu yakla\u015f\u0131ma g\u00f6re alt s\u0131n\u0131fa mensup insanlar\u0131n \u015fiddet e\u011filimi varsa kad\u0131nlar bundan neden erkeklere neden \u015fiddet uygulam\u0131yorlar? Alt s\u0131n\u0131f \u015fiddete yatk\u0131n ise burada kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da sinir n\u00f6betleri ge\u00e7irmesi akla yatk\u0131n gelmiyor mu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yukar\u0131 bahsi ge\u00e7en arg\u00fcmanlar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hala erkek \u015fiddetini bireysel ya\u015fant\u0131lara, deneyimlere indirgeyen devlet erkleri taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmaya devam ediliyor. Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren, imparatorluklar\u0131n, feodalizmin par\u00e7alad\u0131\u011f\u0131 nice iktidarlar\u0131n kurulup, da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda baki kalan \u015fey ise erkek \u015fiddeti oluyor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erkek \u015fiddetinin tariflenmesinde bireycilik, \u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fck, biyolojik indirgemeler, \u015fiddete sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan bakan ve buradan tariflemeye \u00e7abalayan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar mevcuttur. Ataerki ve kapitalizm ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, bazen silikle\u015ftirilip g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131narak somutlamalar ill\u00fczyona u\u011fratan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n da oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radikal feministlerden Hanmer ile Saunders, \u015fiddetin toplumsal denetiminde devletin \u00f6zel rol\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7arak; \u201c Refah devleti, kad\u0131nlara \u015fiddet uygulayan erkekten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kalabilmeleri i\u00e7in gereken kaynaklar\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131yor, kad\u0131n\u0131 ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011fa itiyor. Devletin erkek \u015fiddetinin t\u00fcm\u00fcne, ama en a\u011f\u0131r vakalara dahi m\u00fcdahale etmemesi \u015fiddeti te\u015fvik ediyor\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De\u011fi\u015fen D\u00fcnyan\u0131n Yeni Ayg\u0131tlar\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artan kad\u0131n cinayetleri, istismar ve \u015fiddet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda faillerin cezas\u0131z b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6fkeyi so\u011furabilmek i\u00e7in \u201cidam, had\u0131m ve tedavi\u201d diye sihirli \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u201dler g\u00fcndeme getiriliyor. Bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sistematik erkek \u015fiddetini \u201cbireysel\u201d, \u201cbir tak\u0131m erkeklerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir tak\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131lara ba\u011flayarak\u201d sorunu kendinden, sistemle ve rejiminle olan ba\u011flar\u0131ndan kopar\u0131yor. \u015eiddet uygulayan, tecav\u00fcz eden erkekleri hastal\u0131kl\u0131, psikolojik sorunlu ve libidosuna h\u00e2kim olamayan meczuplar olarak yaftalarken, kendi sorun alan\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ataerkinin kad\u0131n eme\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki beden politikalar\u0131nda kapitalizmden daha dinamik olgu oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Kapitalizm ile i\u00e7ine s\u0131zd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda ini\u015fli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim ve derinle\u015fmeler olsa da onu besleyen kaynak olarak ataerkinin ciddi \u015fekillendirici boyutu oldu\u011fu su g\u00f6t\u00fcrmez. Kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik erkek \u015fiddeti s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda erkekleri harekete ge\u00e7iren saikin patriarkal sahiplik\/m\u00fclkiyet oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapitalizmin son elli y\u0131l i\u00e7indeki de\u011fi\u015fimi ve k\u00fcresel yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda ataerkil dinami\u011fin nimetlerinden fazlaca faydaland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neoliberal politikalarla birlikte k\u00fcreselle\u015fen sermaye, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n zenginlikleri ve insan eme\u011fi \u00fczerinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir kontrol sa\u011flama imk\u00e2n\u0131, siyasi yeniden s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu da topluluklar\u0131n yeniden \u00fcretiminden do\u011frudan sorumlu olan kad\u0131nlara sald\u0131rmaks\u0131z\u0131n, kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131na almaks\u0131z\u0131n ula\u015famaz. Kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet, topraklara el koyman\u0131n, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmenin, ekolojik y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n, y\u0131llar s\u00fcren vekalet sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yolunu d\u00f6\u015f\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Akp \u0130ktidar\u0131n\u0131n Y\u00fckselen \u015eiddeti<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ktidar\u0131n kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve do\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 s\u00f6ylem ve politikalar\u0131yla \u015fiddeti, tecav\u00fcz\u00fc te\u015fvik etti\u011fi ve uygulayanlar\u0131 cayd\u0131rmaktan \u00f6te cesaretlendirdikleri g\u00fcn gibi ortada. Korona vir\u00fcs\u00fc s\u00fcrecinde artan erkek \u015fiddeti bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan vurguland\u0131. \u00d6zel olarak iktidar\u0131n yasala\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7abalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 infaz paketi, meclis kap\u0131s\u0131nda bekletilen istismar paketi ve buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u0130stanbul s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin uygulanmamas\u0131, 6284 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun bo\u015flu\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin iktidar odaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na i\u015fleyen bir amac\u0131 var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AKP iktidara gelindi\u011finden bu yana 3 \u00e7ocuk do\u011fur, h\u0131zl\u0131 (m\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fck h\u0131z\u0131yla) ve \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta evlilik, kutsal aile dayatmalar\u0131 s\u00fcregeldi. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fcrtaj, bo\u015fanma ve yuvay\u0131 y\u0131kan yasa (6284 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun), \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi bombard\u0131man alt\u0131nda. Bu ve bu t\u00fcr sald\u0131r\u0131larla yeni muhafazak\u00e2r rejimin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131na engellerin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 isteniyor. \u0130ktidar patriyarkal toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlardan besleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yeni Rejimin Eski Ta\u015flar\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#671f5f\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi krizler sarmal\u0131nda toplumsal muhalefetin de zorlamas\u0131yla hegemonyas\u0131 sars\u0131lan iktidar, toplumsal \u015fiddeti artt\u0131rarak toplumsal muhalefeti sindirirken kendi kitlesindeki \u00f6fkeyi de farkl\u0131 kanallara ak\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eiddetin me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerinde tahakk\u00fcm kurmay\u0131 kendine hak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ortam yarat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ktidar, uzun zamand\u0131r kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasal \u0130slam rejimi i\u00e7in durmaks\u0131z\u0131n hamle yap\u0131yor.Arzulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 muhafazak\u00e2r aileyi; \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131, heteroseksist, milliyet\u00e7i s\u00f6ylem ve politikalarla besliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00fcrekli hedefine oturttu\u011fu bir \u201cd\u00fc\u015fman\u201d ile sava\u015fan, sava\u015f dili ve politikalar\u0131yla ayakta durabilen iktidar; \u015fiddet, cinayet, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama, yoksulla\u015ft\u0131rma, yolsuzluk ve zorla el koyma bi\u00e7imleriyle \u201ciktidar etme bi\u00e7imi\u201d \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u0131za \u00fcretme ara\u00e7lar\u0131 iyice zay\u0131flayan, \u00fcretemedik\u00e7e sald\u0131rganla\u015fan ve ayakta kalmaya odaklanan haleti ruhiyeyle uzun s\u00fcre devam edemeyecek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sermayenin mutlulu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u201cne istedilerse yapan\u201dlar daha fazlas\u0131 i\u00e7in ellerini ovu\u015fturuyor. Neoliberal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerle tamamen yoksulla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumu, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aile i\u00e7indeki \u00fccretsiz eme\u011fine ve ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131 ekonomik krizle birlikte art\u0131yor. \u00dcretim ve yeniden \u00fcretimle erkeklere ve sermayeye kar odak noktas\u0131 olmaya devam ediyor.&nbsp; \u00c7ocuklar ve g\u00f6\u00e7men kad\u0131nlar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tacize, tecav\u00fcze ve \u015fiddet alt\u0131nda en k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullarda s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn en alt halkas\u0131na itiliyor. De\u011fersizle\u015ftirilen beden ve emek, daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fiddeti; bask\u0131 ve korku daha ucuza s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yolunu a\u00e7\u0131yor. Ataerkil kapitalist sistem kendini s\u00fcrekli yeni s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc alanlarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AKP\u2019nin kurmak istedi\u011fi yeni rejim, buna uyumlu, muhafazak\u00e2r aileyi g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren, \u201cf\u0131trat\u0131 gere\u011fi\u201d aileyi kuracak olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ehlile\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi krizler sarmal\u0131nda toplumsal muhalefetin de zorlamas\u0131yla hegemonyas\u0131 sars\u0131lan iktidar, toplumsal \u015fiddeti artt\u0131rarak toplumsal muhalefeti sindirirken kendi kitlesindeki \u00f6fkeyi de farkl\u0131 kanallara ak\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eiddetin me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerinde tahakk\u00fcm kurmay\u0131 kendine hak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ortam yarat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bundan en \u00e7ok zarar g\u00f6renler ise patriyarkal bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz\u201d olarak kodlanan, kad\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 s\u00f6ylem ve politikalarla bu durumu peki\u015ftirilen LGBT+lar, kad\u0131nlar, \u00e7ocuklar oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eski D\u00fcnyan\u0131n Yeni Krizleri <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ataerkil kapitalist sald\u0131r\u0131lar ne pandemi \u00f6ncesi ne de sonras\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmedi ancak pandeminin kitlelerde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fok ve korku hali, muhalefetin zaaflar\u0131yla eklenince iktidarlara bask\u0131 ve \u015fiddeti kullanma f\u0131rsat\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n son s\u00fcre\u00e7te polis eliyle y\u00fckseltti\u011fi \u015fiddeti ve \u015fiddet dilini, eril ezme bi\u00e7imleriyle birlikte y\u00fckseltti\u011fine \u015fahit oluyoruz.
