Sonu\u00e7ta depresyon en \u00e7ok biz kad\u0131nlar\u0131 sevmiyor mu ya da b\u00f6yle s\u00f6ylenmiyor mu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Depresyonun sebepleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evet maalesef toplumda en \u00e7ok ya\u015fanan \u00fc\u00e7 hastal\u0131ktan-bozukluktan biri, depresyon. \u00dcstelik de erkeklere oranla kad\u0131nlarda iki kat g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir duygu durum bozuklu\u011fu. Ya\u015famdaki \u00e7alkant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z, beklenmedik olaylar, \u00e7ocuklukta ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z travmatik \u00f6yk\u00fclerimiz, korkular\u0131m\u0131z, ileti\u015fim problemlerimiz ya da biyolojik d\u00f6nemlerimiz (do\u011fum sonras\u0131, regl d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc\u2026) tetikleyici birer sebep olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ama belki de biz kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli ve di\u011ferlerini de kapsayacak olan sebep: toplumsal beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli ayarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan cinsiyet yani kad\u0131n olmaktan olabilir mi? Yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n kad\u0131n do\u011fmaktan de\u011fil, kad\u0131n olmaktan kaynakl\u0131 bir vurgudan bahsediyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toplumsal roller erkeklerin erkek olmas\u0131n\u0131 tembihlerken; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n anne, di\u015fi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131n gibi rollerin birine indirgiyor ya da hepsi olmaya zorluyor. Bu da bizlerin kendini bilmez bir halde o karakterden bu karaktere savrulmas\u0131na neden oluyor, ruhsal durumumuzu etkiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir de bunlar\u0131n \u00fczerine ekonomik, siyasal, sosyal kayg\u0131lar da ekleniyor \u00fcstelik g\u00fcnde \u00fc\u00e7 kad\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor, \u015fiddete maruz kal\u0131yor, istismar ediliyorken depresyonun kad\u0131nlarla \u00f6zde\u015flemesi ve her 5 kad\u0131ndan 1\u2019nin depresyona girdi\u011fi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi sanki bir tesad\u00fcf olmaktan ya da Freud\u2019un dedi\u011fi gibi(!) anatominin kader oldu\u011fu bir bilimsel dayatmadan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne yapal\u0131m?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depresyondan kurtulmak i\u00e7in bir psikolo\u011fa ba\u015fvurabilir, psikoterapi alabilir ya da ila\u00e7 kullanabiliriz. Ama unutmayal\u0131m ki bu y\u00f6ntemlerin hepsinin kesi\u015fim noktas\u0131 \u201chayat tarz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve hayata bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmemiz \u201dden ge\u00e7er. \u2018Kendimizi her \u015feyin su\u00e7lusu olarak g\u00f6rmek, m\u00fckemmeli aramak, ya hep ya da hi\u00e7\u2019 gibi tutumlar ya\u015fam\u0131n dengesi i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli bir durum ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bast\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z duygular, mahremiyet kayg\u0131s\u0131, yapabilme istenci sonu\u00e7ta ger\u00e7ekten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerde ba\u015fl\u0131yor ve kendimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye odaklayal\u0131m.
