Partinin ve devrimin \u00f6nder kad\u0131nlar\u0131, erkeklerin \u201ce\u015fi, sevgilisi, metresi(!)\u201d diye tarihe yaz\u0131l\u0131verdi. Lakin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarihe \u00f6ylece \u201cyaz\u0131l\u0131verme\u201d halleri asla, tesad\u00fcf ya da m\u00fcnferit tarih yaz\u0131mlar\u0131 olmad\u0131.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1917 Ekim Devrimi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sadece Rusya\u2019n\u0131n de\u011fil, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya tarihinin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftiren, sermaye-devlet-siyaset d\u00fczleminde t\u00fcm ideolojileri do\u011frudan etkileyen ve belirleyen tarih yap\u0131c\u0131 bir moment. \u00d6yle ki, d\u00fcnya sosyalist hareketi ve kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesinin de belirleyenleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayn\u0131 zamanda say\u0131s\u0131z spek\u00fclasyon, s\u00f6ylence ve ikilikleri de i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sosyalizm \u201ckad\u0131n sorununu\u201d \u00e7\u00f6zecek mi? Kad\u0131nlar, sosyalizmle \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fecek mi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hem feminist hem de sosyalist harekette \u201chala\u201d en \u00e7ok sorulan ve verdi\u011fin cevaba g\u00f6re teori ve pratik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hatt\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen g\u00fcncel bir soru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu sorunun cevaplar\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015fenlerin en \u00e7ok bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer de hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Ekim Devrimi ve akabinde ya\u015fananlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amma ve-lakin, sorunun cevab\u0131n\u0131n aranaca\u011f\u0131 zemin, tarih yaz\u0131m\u0131 ve tarihi okuma, g\u00f6rme, bakma bi\u00e7imleriyle de do\u011frudan ilintili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hem 1905 Devrimi hem 1917 \u015eubat\u2019\u0131 hem de Ekim Devrimi\u2019nde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve m\u00fccadelelerinin olduk\u00e7a m\u00fchim bir yer tuttu\u011funun, hatta devrimin ana belirleyenleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek ba\u015flamak gerek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00d6zc\u00fcl\u00fck\u201d yapmaktan m\u0131d\u0131r alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izme ihtiyac\u0131? Kat\u2019a!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zira, Rusya co\u011frafyas\u0131nda siyasal ve toplumsal muhalefet m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7inde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ve\/veya bilinir k\u0131l\u0131nmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O m\u00fcthi\u015f devrimin silikle\u015ftirilenleri kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarihteki rol\u00fc olageldi, devrimin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olan Bol\u015fevik Partisi\u2019ndeki \u00f6nc\u00fc kad\u0131nlar \u201cbile\u201d, erkeklerin parantezine al\u0131n\u0131verdi. Partinin ve devrimin \u00f6nder kad\u0131nlar\u0131, erkeklerin \u201ce\u015fi, sevgilisi, metresi(!)\u201d diye tarihe yaz\u0131l\u0131verdi. Lakin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarihe \u00f6ylece \u201cyaz\u0131l\u0131verme\u201d halleri asla, tesad\u00fcf ya da m\u00fcnferit tarih yaz\u0131mlar\u0131 olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnya sosyalist hareketlerini analiz etti\u011fimizde g\u00f6rece\u011fimiz gibi, hemen hepsinde oldu\u011fu \u00fczere, Bol\u015feviklerde de kad\u0131n parti \u00fcyelerinin, kendi taleplerini parti g\u00fcndemine getirmek i\u00e7in bile amans\u0131zca m\u00fccadele etmeleri gerekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya rejiminde kad\u0131nlar, iktidar, din ve koca bask\u0131s\u0131ndan olu\u015fan \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc troykan\u0131n boyunduru\u011fu alt\u0131ndayd\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k despotik devlet gelene\u011finin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan \u00c7arl\u0131k iktidar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar, toplumda ve \u201caile\u201d i\u00e7erisinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc haktan yoksundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hemen hi\u00e7bir siyasal hakka sahip olmayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 11.7\u2019si okuma yazma biliyor, siyasal alan ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, istihdam alanlar\u0131nda yer bulam\u0131yorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sanayisi az geli\u015fmi\u015f geri bir k\u00f6yl\u00fc \u00fclkesi olan \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131nda, devrim \u00f6ncesinde \u00fccretli i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 5 milyondu. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesimi tar\u0131mda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu ya da en fazla ev i\u015flerinin uzant\u0131s\u0131 olan alanlarda kendilerine yer bulabiliyorlard\u0131. O d\u00f6nem ar\u015fivlerine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 55 oran\u0131nda toprak beylerinin yan\u0131nda g\u00fcndelik\u00e7i\/hizmet\u00e7i olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, vas\u0131fs\u0131z, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretli ve a\u011f\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ba\u015fta tekstil ve konfeksiyon olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 13\u2019\u00fc sanayide \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kamusal alan\u0131n kad\u0131nlara kapal\u0131 olmas\u0131 gibi, \u00f6zel alan\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00e7etrefilli sorunlar\u0131 da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n omuzlar\u0131nda birikiyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Rusya\u2019da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kurtulu\u015funun maddi temeli, \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 sorunu ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f durumdayd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7arl\u0131k iktidar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki devrimci hareketlerde kad\u0131nlar yok muydu peki?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elbette varlard\u0131 ve \u00c7arl\u0131k despotizminin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda son derece \u00f6nemli m\u00fccadele deneyimleri ile var oldular. Narodniklerden, anar\u015fistlere, sosyal devrimcilerden, Men\u015feviklere, Bol\u015feviklere, Rusya\u2019daki hemen her devrimci hareket i\u00e7erisinde varl\u0131k g\u00f6steriyordu kad\u0131nlar; ancak daha \u00e7ok varl\u0131kl\u0131 ailelerden gelen ayd\u0131n kad\u0131nlar vard\u0131 ilkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadele eylemleri y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e, yine bu eylemlerin i\u00e7inde ve \u00f6n\u00fcnde de kad\u0131nlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k.<br>1872\u2019de Moskova\u2019da, 1874\u2019te Petersburg\u2019da \u00e7ok say\u0131da kad\u0131n\u0131n da yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i eylemleri; 1895\u2019te Petersburg\u2019da sigara fabrikas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin, 1896\u2019da, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki tekstil i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin grevi tarihe yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6nemli m\u00fccadele anlar\u0131ndand\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu y\u0131llar, Rusya devrimci hareketi tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir momentti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zira, ba\u015fta Bat\u0131 Avrupa i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere, orayla etkile\u015fim halindeki i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 hareketi b\u00fcy\u00fcyordu ve ilk Marksist \u00f6rg\u00fctler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Rusya\u2019da devrimci m\u00fccadelenin ilk \u00f6zneleri Plekhanov\u2019un \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki ilk ku\u015fak oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1895\u2019te Lenin\u2019in \u00f6nderli\u011finde kurulan \u201cPetersburg \u0130\u015f\u00e7i S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n Kurtulu\u015fu \u0130\u00e7in M\u00fccadele Birli\u011fi\u201d \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc y\u00f6netiminde, daha az say\u0131da da olsa Nadejda Krupskaya gibi kad\u0131nlar vard\u0131.<br>1890\u2019lardan itibaren yerel \u00f6rg\u00fctlerde de kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler varl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015fl\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/elyazmalari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/1280px-Krupskaja-old.jpg\" alt=\"-\" class=\"wp-image-2076\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1896\u2019da Petersburg tekstil i\u015f\u00e7ileri, ana talebi i\u015fg\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131salmas\u0131 olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir grev \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015f ve greve \u00e7o\u011fu kad\u0131n 30 bin tekstil i\u015f\u00e7isi kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Grev, \u00f6yle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etki yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ki, \u00c7arl\u0131k rejimi geri ad\u0131m atm\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7bir s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rman\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fg\u00fcn\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerini 11,5 saatle k\u0131s\u0131tlayan bir yasa \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bol\u015feviklerin \u201cKad\u0131n Sorununa\u201d Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bol\u015feviklerin kad\u0131n sorununa ili\u015fkin ilk siyasi resmi tav\u0131rlar\u0131, 1890\u2019dan itibaren geli\u015fen i\u015f\u00e7i grevleri deneyimlerinin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak, 1900\u2019de Nadejda Krupskaya\u2019n\u0131n kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Rusya\u2019da i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 ve taleplerini konu alan \u201c\u0130\u015f\u00e7i olarak Kad\u0131n\u201d bro\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bug\u00fcnlerde, sava\u015fla gelen gerici politikalar sonucu kapat\u0131lan Rabotnitsa (\u0130\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131n) gazetesi tekrar tarih sahnesindeki yerini alm\u0131\u015f ve yeniden \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu d\u00f6nem Rabotnitsa\u2019n\u0131n i\u015flevi olduk\u00e7a kritikti, sava\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 enternasyonalizmi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan bir kampanyan\u0131n merkezi arac\u0131 olarak,&nbsp;&nbsp;kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerine \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yap\u0131yor, sava\u015f\u0131 ve pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorguluyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu d\u00f6nemde partinin i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma b\u00fcrolar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lan ilk \u201cPartisiz \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar Konferans\u0131\u201d, Ekim Devrimi\u2019nden hemen \u00f6nce, 80 bin kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iyi temsilen gelen 800 delege kad\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan Petrograd\u2019da d\u00fczenlendi. Bu konferans\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde de Rabotnitsa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6zel bir i\u015flevi oldu. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 siyasalla\u015ft\u0131rma ve devrime, sosyalizme davet etme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan o y\u0131llarda 14.5 milyon tiraj\u0131yla olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir kesime hitap eden kritik bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme arac\u0131yd\u0131 Rabotnitsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jenotyel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekim Devrimi\u2019ne giden s\u00fcre\u00e7te, Rabotnitsa gibi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir di\u011fer \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme arac\u0131 ise, parti \u00f6rg\u00fctlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131yd\u0131. Jenotyel, partiden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, \u00f6zerk bir kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc de\u011fildi, partinin ideolojik politik \u00e7izgisi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde partinin kad\u0131n organ\u0131 \u015feklinde hareket eden \u201ckad\u0131n kollar\u0131 komisyonu\u201d idi daha ziyade.
