Kendi me\u015fruiyetini sa\u011flayamad\u0131k\u00e7a haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve hukuksuzlu\u011fun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda duran herkesi hedef alan iktidar, kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 fa\u015fizmi g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki neden? Biz neden ya\u015f\u0131yoruz bunlar\u0131? Cevab\u0131n\u0131 birlikte bulal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;Aile Y\u0131l\u0131&#8221; ilan edilmesiyle beraber AKP-MHP iktidar\u0131, kad\u0131nlara ve LGBT\u0130+\u2019lara y\u00f6nelik d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131.\u00d6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131 gibi konularda kad\u0131n bedeni ve n\u00fcfus odakl\u0131 bir program uygulanmakta. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Nisan ay\u0131nda Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakan\u0131 Mahinur G\u00f6kta\u015f ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakan\u0131 Vedat I\u015f\u0131khan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f mi, aile mi ikilemine zorlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; her ikisini birden yapabilecekleri politikalar geli\u015ftirdiklerini vurgulad\u0131lar.<sup data-fn=\"bcbe3512-381b-4acb-bb01-6c508dd69637\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"bcbe3512-381b-4acb-bb01-6c508dd69637-link\" href=\"#bcbe3512-381b-4acb-bb01-6c508dd69637\">1<\/a><\/sup> Yani bu demek oluyor ki kad\u0131n hem \u00fccretli i\u015fte s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclecek hem de ev i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen eme\u011fi ile ikinci kez s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclecek. \u0130ktidar da ev i\u00e7indeki b\u00fct\u00fcn bak\u0131m y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlara y\u0131karak hem bak\u0131m eme\u011fini kamusalla\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden kurtulacak hem de patriyarkal d\u00fczenin devam etmesinin garant\u00f6r\u00fc olacak.<em> <\/em>Ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da evlerin i\u00e7ine hapsederek kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi gibi dizayn edecek. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kapitalizm k\u00e2r krizi i\u00e7erisinde. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lan sava\u015f i\u00e7in asker ihtiyac\u0131 var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131nlar evlere hapsolup g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen emekleri \u00fczerinden daha fazla s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fcklerinde patriyarkaya s\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131 yaslayanlar oturdu\u011fu koltuktan kalkmayacak. Patriyarkal kapitalizmin hedef tahtas\u0131na koydu\u011fu bir di\u011fer kesim de LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar. Burada as\u0131l bask\u0131y\u0131 kuran, kimlikleri ve y\u00f6nelimleri &#8216;kutsal aile&#8217; kal\u0131plar\u0131na uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar\u0131 do\u011frudan d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015ft\u0131ran patriyarkal sistemin kendisidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc patriyarka; zorunlu heteroseks\u00fcelli\u011fi\u00a0 toplumsal hayat\u0131n tamam\u0131na dayatarak kendi mutlak eril tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc korur. Bunu yaparken de kendi konumunu tehdit eden her kimli\u011fi yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, d\u0131\u015flar ve damgalar. Kapitalizm ise patriyarkan\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi bu toplumsal d\u0131\u015flanmay\u0131 ve korumas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc f\u0131rsat\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. \u0130stihdamdan, yasal g\u00fcvencelerden ve kamusal alandan mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lan LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar; sermaye d\u00fczeni i\u00e7in en a\u011f\u0131r s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k, merdiven alt\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya zorlanan, g\u00fcvencesiz ve ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc rezervi haline getirilir. Patriyarkal kapitalizm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131, bedenini ve eme\u011fini t\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fcyle s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcrken ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imiyle LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar\u0131n varolu\u015funa da sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu sava\u015f\u0131n somut \u00f6rneklerini her g\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcr sanat alan\u0131nda ve sokakta \u00e7ok net g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Mabel Matiz\u2019in klibinin sans\u00fcrlenmesinden ve hedef g\u00f6sterilmesinden tutun da devlet destekli nefret mitinglerinde o devasa fil g\u00f6rselleriyle LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar\u0131 toplumu yiyip bitiren bir canavar gibi resmeden o kirli propagandalara kadar her \u015fey bu sava\u015f\u0131n birer aparat\u0131d\u0131r. Erkek egemen sistem, kendi kutsal normlar\u0131na uymayan sanat\u0131 da varolu\u015fu da sans\u00fcrle, kurumsal nefretle ve ku\u015fatmayla terbiye etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Tam da bu y\u00fczden iktidar, y\u00f6netemedi\u011fi ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtmek ve erkek egemenli\u011fini kutsal aile yalan\u0131yla tahkim etmek i\u00e7in en kolay hedef g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bedenlerimize, kimliklerimize ve haklar\u0131m\u0131za sald\u0131r\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcm bunlar olurken nefret cinayetleri art\u0131yor, LGBT\u0130+ intiharlar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131yor; g\u00fcvencesiz hayatlara ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na zorlan\u0131yoruz. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm ise alanlar\u0131n \u00f6z m\u00fccadelesinde sakl\u0131. Burada bahsetti\u011fim &#8216;alanlar\u0131n \u00f6z m\u00fccadelesi&#8217;, kimliklerin sadece yan yana dizildi\u011fi, her ezilme bi\u00e7iminin yap\u0131sal b\u00fct\u00fcnden kopart\u0131larak kendi i\u00e7ine hapsedildi\u011fi liberal bir kesi\u015fimsellik tasavvuru de\u011fil. Aksine LGBT\u0130+\u2019lar\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcn s\u00f6zlerini ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fcklerini \u00fcretmesi ve e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131fsal s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131 anti-kapitalist bir m\u00fccadeleyi kom\u00fcnist bir \u00f6zne, yap\u0131 ile bulu\u015fturma hedefidir. Erkek egemen kapitalist sistemi sarsacak tek \u015fey, ezilenlerin kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcyle sokakta kuraca\u011f\u0131 o barikatt\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gezi direni\u015finin 13. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015fte b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu g\u00fcnlerde, anti-kapitalist m\u00fccadele alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ancak sistemi b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc olarak hedef ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve buna uygun \u015fekilde \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi takdirde ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fma \u015fans\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu tekrar s\u00f6ylemi\u015f olal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neden Queer Teori De\u011fil?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer amac\u0131m\u0131z erkek egemenli\u011finden ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczeninden kurtulmu\u015f; e\u015fit, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcz bir d\u00fcnya yaratmaksa bu kurtulu\u015fu hangi hatt\u0131n sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 meselesine odaklanmam\u0131z gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queer teori; iktidar\u0131n s\u00f6ylem, dil, e\u011fitim ve siyaset gibi b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlara yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunarak sabit kimlik kategorilerine \u015f\u00fcpheyle yakla\u015f\u0131r. Cinsiyet kimliklerinin de iktidar taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek t\u00fcm kimlikleri istikrars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefler.Ku\u015fkusuz, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131na yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortadad\u0131r. Ancak bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 kabul etmek m\u00fccadeleyi par\u00e7al\u0131 bir kimlik siyasetine hapsetmeyi gerektirmez. Elbette toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri tarihsel ve toplumsal olarak in\u015fa edilir; ancak ezilen \u00f6znelerin tamamen silikle\u015fmesi, m\u00fccadelenin zemininin kayganla\u015fmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Oysa ya\u015fam\u0131n kendisinde bu pratikler, s\u00f6ylemsel olarak sars\u0131lmakla yok olup gitmedi\u011fi gibi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da artmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla performatif bir m\u00fccadeledense somut durumun yak\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabullenip tahlili ve pratikleri de bu yak\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u00fczerinden in\u015fa etmemiz gerekir.
