Bu yaz\u0131y\u0131, ses kayd\u0131ndan ve ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z notlardan s\u00fczerek kolektif olarak yazd\u0131k.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perimenopoz nedir?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perimenopoz kavram\u0131 hayat\u0131m\u0131zda olduk\u00e7a yeni. Asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal olarak deneyimledi\u011fi bu ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemi, ad\u0131n\u0131 yeni yeni koyabildi\u011fimiz, kavramaya ve daha \u00e7ok konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Daha menopoz konusu bile toplumsal olarak tam a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, hatta a\u00e7\u0131lmadan kapanm\u0131\u015fken, perimenopoz i\u00e7in beklentimiz \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek de\u011fil. Nedir bu perimenopoz o zaman?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menopoz, menstr\u00fcasyonun sona ermesi, yani art\u0131k regl olmamak demek. \u00d6strojen hormonunun bitmesiyle birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor ve 12 ay \u00fcst \u00fcste adet\/regl olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda menopoza girmi\u015f oluyoruz. \u00d6strojen ani bir \u015fekilde bitmiyor. \u00d6strojen seviyesindeki dalgalanmalar, her kad\u0131n i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 olmakla birlikte, 35 ya\u015f\u0131n sonras\u0131nda ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bu dalgalanmalara ve \u00f6strojenin bitmesine, adaptasyon s\u00fcrecine perimenopoz diyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perimenopoz, menopoza giden yolda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Baz\u0131 kad\u0131nlar, perimenopoz d\u00f6nemindeki belirtileri hi\u00e7 ya\u015famadan do\u011frudan menopoz s\u00fcrecine girebiliyorlar. Ancak perimenopoz belirtilerini ya\u015famadan menopoz s\u00fcrecine giren kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131, perimenopoz ya\u015fayanlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. S\u0131cak basmalar\u0131, uyku problemleri, duygu dalgalanmalar\u0131, beyin sisi, libido kayb\u0131, anksiyete ve depresyon gibi farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerde belirtileri olan perimenopoz d\u00f6nemi, her kad\u0131nda farkl\u0131 zamanlarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perimenopozda Ya\u015fam Kalitesi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perimenopozda ya\u015fanan hormonal dalgalanmalar yaln\u0131zca bedeni de\u011fil, zihni ve duygular\u0131 da etkileyebiliyor. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6strojen d\u00fczeyindeki de\u011fi\u015fimler, baz\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda odaklanma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, unutkanl\u0131\u011fa, duygusal dalgalanmalara, kayg\u0131 ve zihinsel bulan\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa sebep olabiliyor. Kad\u0131nlar hormonlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimlerin fark\u0131nda bile olmadan ba\u015fka tedavi aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na girebiliyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hormonal bir ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde olabilece\u011fimiz bilgisi asl\u0131nda yeni de\u011fil; yeni olan \u015fey bu s\u00fcreci adland\u0131rma, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lma ve ciddiye alma bi\u00e7imimiz. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u0131llard\u0131r ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu belirtiler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ya \u201cya\u015f\u0131n gere\u011fi\u201d denilerek s\u0131radanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor ya da bireysel bir sorunmu\u015f gibi ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Ya\u015fam kalitesini derinden etkileyebilen bu perimenopoz s\u00fcrecinde hastal\u0131k te\u015fhisi alm\u0131yoruz, ancak hormonal de\u011fi\u015fimlerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkiler nedeniyle ya\u015fam kalitemiz derinden etkileniyor ve bu etkileri hafifletmek i\u00e7in bilgiye ve deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyuyoruz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131na h\u00e2kim olan patriyarkal kapitalist yakla\u015f\u0131m, kad\u0131n bedenini adeta bir kulu\u00e7ka makinesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor; kad\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da gen\u00e7lik ve do\u011furganl\u0131kla tan\u0131mlayarak, do\u011furganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sona ermesini kad\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n da sonuymu\u015f gibi ele al\u0131yor. Ve kad\u0131n\u0131 sadece bak\u0131m eme\u011fi sorumlusu olarak ilan ediyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcndeki do\u011fal ge\u00e7i\u015fler ise k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseniyor, ya psikolojik olarak yaftalan\u0131yor ya da bireysel bir dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k meselesine indirgeniyor. Oysa burada eksik olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n deneyimini tan\u0131yan, ciddiye alan ve kolektif olarak konu\u015fulabilir k\u0131lan bir sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgisidir.<sup data-fn=\"96b6816e-05db-4c11-9ccb-7431e4962fbd\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"96b6816e-05db-4c11-9ccb-7431e4962fbd-link\" href=\"#96b6816e-05db-4c11-9ccb-7431e4962fbd\">2<\/a><\/sup> Bu nedenle perimenopoz uzun s\u00fcre kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortak deneyimi olmaktan \u00e7ok, ad\u0131 konmam\u0131\u015f, yaln\u0131z ya\u015fanan ve yeterince konu\u015fulmayan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak kald\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu noktada, biz de kad\u0131nlar olarak bu s\u00fcrecin etkilerini daha iyi anlayabilmek ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayabilmek i\u00e7in baz\u0131 sorular\u0131 sormaya ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemimiz kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yeterince \u00e7aba sarf ediyor mu? Acaba perimenopoz belirtileri ile bir sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funa ba\u015fvursak bize yap\u0131lan tetkikler ve \u00f6neriler neler olurdu? Semptomlar\u0131 yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ve perimenopoz s\u00fcrecini daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in do\u011fru beslenme ve egzersiz \u00f6nerileri al\u0131r m\u0131yd\u0131k? Bu s\u00fcrecin sinir, kas ve iskelet sistemi, genito\u00fcriner<sup data-fn=\"f5fa4a9f-0ab2-4322-a683-280ea1f4b7ef\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"f5fa4a9f-0ab2-4322-a683-280ea1f4b7ef-link\" href=\"#f5fa4a9f-0ab2-4322-a683-280ea1f4b7ef\">3<\/a><\/sup> sa\u011fl\u0131k, cinsel ya\u015fam ve uzun vadede kemik ve kalp-damar sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bilgilendirilir miydik? En s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen belirtilerden biri olan uykusuzluk hakk\u0131nda bro\u015f\u00fcrler bulabilir miydik ya da\u00a0 uyku hijyeni<sup data-fn=\"de9989f3-c4f3-4397-90cc-a9b9afc84aee\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"de9989f3-c4f3-4397-90cc-a9b9afc84aee-link\" href=\"#de9989f3-c4f3-4397-90cc-a9b9afc84aee\">4<\/a><\/sup> e\u011fitimine kat\u0131labilir miydik?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesinin ne kadar geri planda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n ve klinik rehberlerin tarihsel olarak erkek bedenleri ve erkek deneyimleri \u00fczerine kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131 ve tedavide bo\u015fluklar yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor<sup data-fn=\"772978c1-be1c-405c-8049-904c1572d3c5\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"772978c1-be1c-405c-8049-904c1572d3c5-link\" href=\"#772978c1-be1c-405c-8049-904c1572d3c5\">5<\/a><\/sup>; ABD Ulusal Biyoteknoloji Bilgi Merkezi\u2019nin 2025 tarihli raporu da kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n finansal desteklerinin h\u00e2l\u00e2 yetersiz oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<sup data-fn=\"19a6179c-0643-4fc7-9350-76395698a7d6\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"19a6179c-0643-4fc7-9350-76395698a7d6-link\" href=\"#19a6179c-0643-4fc7-9350-76395698a7d6\">6<\/a><\/sup> \u00c7o\u011funlukla erkek bedeni \u00fczerinden dizayn edilmi\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131 kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ya\u015famsal sorunlar yaratabilirken, bu ya\u015fam\u0131n bir de kaliteli olmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemek ne kadar ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beden ve Hareket<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perimenopozun bug\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmamas\u0131 yaln\u0131zca sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgisinin geli\u015fmesiyle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131n bedenine dair bilginin nas\u0131l \u00fcretildi\u011fi, hangi deneyimlerin uzun s\u00fcre g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin neden \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bireyselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve ticarile\u015ftirilmi\u015f bi\u00e7imde sunuldu\u011fuyla da ilgili. Feminist ele\u015ftirel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n patriyarkal ve piyasa merkezli yap\u0131lar i\u00e7inde \u015fekillendi\u011fini; menopozun g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bile zaman zaman neoliberal politikalar ve biomedikalle\u015fme<sup data-fn=\"2ca563b3-ba96-4e19-be36-3ab6288a5551\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"2ca563b3-ba96-4e19-be36-3ab6288a5551-link\" href=\"#2ca563b3-ba96-4e19-be36-3ab6288a5551\">7<\/a><\/sup> ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<sup data-fn=\"b8a139b1-62b5-43f1-9f19-5f6003d0ecdd\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"b8a139b1-62b5-43f1-9f19-5f6003d0ecdd-link\" href=\"#b8a139b1-62b5-43f1-9f19-5f6003d0ecdd\">8<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u015fte bu tabloda biz kad\u0131nlar bedenimizle ilgili bilgili olma hakk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullan\u0131yoruz. Bize sunulmayan ya\u015fam kalitesini bir\u00e7ok alanda oldu\u011fu gibi yine kendimiz yarat\u0131yoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc patriyarkal, piyasa merkezli sa\u011fl\u0131k, emek ve bak\u0131m politikalar\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcndeki bu ge\u00e7i\u015fi kamusal bir hak ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir sa\u011fl\u0131k meselesi olarak ele almak yerine, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez b\u0131rak\u0131yor, bireyselle\u015ftiriyor ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc yine kad\u0131nlar\u0131n omuzlar\u0131na y\u00fckl\u00fcyor. Ya\u015fam kalitesi de bir hak olarak de\u011fil, ki\u015fisel \u00e7abayla kurulmas\u0131 gereken bir \u015fey haline geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu s\u00f6yle\u015fi ve payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hik\u00e2yelerimizle birlikte bir kez daha feminist bilin\u00e7 y\u00fckseltme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olduk. Menopoz ve perimenopozu yaln\u0131zca duygusal ve toplumsal boyutlar\u0131yla de\u011fil, bedensel etkileri ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam pratikleriyle de ele almak gerekiyor. Hormonal desteklerle birlikte d\u00fczenli beslenme ve hareket de perimenopoz ve menopoz s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6nemli. Hormonal aktivite eksikli\u011finden sebeple le\u011fen kemi\u011fine yerle\u015fmi\u015f organlarda olu\u015fan sarkma, kardiyovask\u00fcler problemler, kemik erimesi ve eklem a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 gibi belirtilerle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabilmek i\u00e7in egzersiz bir l\u00fcks de\u011fil, ihtiya\u00e7. V\u00fccut kas-kemik k\u00fctlesinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Kaslar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 antrenmanlar\u0131 yapabiliriz, fakat egzersizin \u015fiddetine dikkat etmeliyiz; zorlamadan, t\u00fckenmeden, d\u00fczenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir egzersiz anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeliyiz. Beden g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, perimenopozun belki de ya\u015fam kalitesini en \u00e7ok etkileyen belirtilerinden olan kronik uykusuzluk, anksiyete ve bili\u015fsel fonksiyonlar\u0131ndaki dalgalanmalar i\u00e7in nefes egzersizlerini de g\u00fcnl\u00fck rutinimize ekleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar olarak her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi sistem taraf\u0131ndan yaln\u0131z ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez b\u0131rak\u0131lman\u0131n \u00fcstesinden yine dayan\u0131\u015fma ile gelece\u011fiz. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemi taraf\u0131ndan hormonal replasmanlarla ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilen perimenopoz d\u00f6neminde bedenimizi dinleyip ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 anlayarak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7teki ya\u015fam kalitemiz i\u00e7in yapabileceklerimizi kolektif bir \u015fekilde ele al\u0131p feminist bulu\u015fma masalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n konusu yapmay\u0131, bu masalardan birbirimize, belle\u011fimize ve gelece\u011fe b\u0131rakmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-footnotes\"><li id=\"981ec0d1-85dc-44db-a700-767ca2c22163\">\u00a0Miriam T.
