Oturumu bir \u201cmesleki e\u011fitim\u201d format\u0131ndan ziyade, feminist psikoterapinin ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fini ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele alan\u0131yla nas\u0131l birle\u015ftirebilece\u011fimizi konu\u015ftuk. Bu birle\u015fim bizim i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sadece terapi odas\u0131nda kendi hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6znesi olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemiyoruz ayn\u0131 zamanda m\u00fccadele alan\u0131nda s\u00f6z \u00fcreten, karar alan, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ve de\u011fi\u015ftiren bir \u00f6zne olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Oturumun \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 ise \u201ciyile\u015fme sadece kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi de\u011fi\u015fimi yani bireysel fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 kolektif bir g\u00fc\u00e7 alan\u0131 yaratabilmektir.\u201d oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Feminist Psikoterapi Bize Ne S\u00f6yl\u00fcyor?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nceki yaz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zda da tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mordayanisma.org\/en\/2025\/10\/24\/modern-psikolojiye-feminist-elestiriler-1\/\">Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Neden Politiktir<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mordayanisma.org\/en\/2025\/11\/20\/modern-psikolojiye-feminist-elestiriler-2\/\">Cad\u0131 Avlar\u0131ndan Histeriye<\/a>) kad\u0131nlar olarak tarih boyunca kad\u0131nl\u0131k rollerine uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u201chisterik\u201d, \u201cbipolar\u201d, \u201cdepresyon\u201d ve \u201cborderline\u201d gibi patolojik tan\u0131lar i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131k. Oysa ruhsal zorlanmalar\u0131m\u0131z patriyarkal kapitalist sistem i\u00e7indeki emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc ve \u015fiddet sarmal\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yordu. Bu yap\u0131sal bask\u0131lar sonucunda toplumda en \u00e7ok tan\u0131 alan kesim de yine biz kad\u0131nlar olduk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feminist psikoterapi, sorunlar\u0131 bireysel zay\u0131fl\u0131klar \u00fczerinden a\u00e7\u0131klamak yerine patriyarkay\u0131 tan\u0131mlayarak g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin; bir kad\u0131n\u0131n \u0131srarla \u015fiddet d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kamamas\u0131n\u0131, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu toksik ili\u015fkiyi bitirememesini zay\u0131fl\u0131k ya da ki\u015fisel yetersizlik olarak de\u011fil, toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiriyor. Patolojiye odaklanmak yerine kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6znele\u015fmesine ve g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine odaklan\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Patriyarkay\u0131 Tan\u0131ml\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1960\u2019larda ikinci dalga feminist hareketin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile beraber \u201cki\u015fisel olan politiktir\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7 y\u00fckseltme gruplar\u0131nda ki\u015fisel deneyimlerini birlikte konu\u015fup politikle\u015ftirmesiyle geli\u015fir ve bu yakla\u015f\u0131m psikoloji literat\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de etkiler.&nbsp;Ana ak\u0131m psikoloji, kendini tarafs\u0131z ve etik bir yerde konumland\u0131r\u0131rken kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha fazla ruhsal sorun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark eder fakat bunu patriyarka ve yap\u0131sal e\u015fitsizlikler ile ili\u015fkilendirmez, daha \u00e7ok bireysel sebepler ile a\u00e7\u0131klar. Feminist psikoterapi de tam bu noktada ana ak\u0131m psikolojiye bir ele\u015ftiri olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Feminist terapinin temel ilkesi ise kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birbirinden farkl\u0131 ama e\u015fit oldu\u011fudur. Bu e\u015fitlik, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 yok saymadan patriyarkan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ezilen kad\u0131n olma e\u015fitli\u011fidir. Bu zeminden hareketle ekonomik, s\u0131n\u0131fsal vb. gibi g\u00fc\u00e7 e\u015fitsizliklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lar ve ruhsal deneyimleri bu yap\u0131sal ba\u011flam i\u00e7inde ele al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine Odaklan\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feminist psikoterapi, t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmeden hi\u00e7birimizin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015femeyece\u011fi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayan\u0131r. Bu nedenle hem bireysel hem de toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeyi merkezine al\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7lenmeyi yaln\u0131zca ki\u015fisel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak de\u011fil, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birbirleriyle dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde kurdu\u011fu kolektif bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Kad\u0131n\u0131n bireysel g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi, patriyarka varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fck\u00e7e tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli de\u011fildir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n kamusal alana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayn\u0131 e\u015fitsizliklerle yeniden kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Bu nedenle feminist yakla\u015f\u0131m, toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 merkeze al\u0131r. Feminist terapist ya da uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 da bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yaln\u0131zca mesleki alanda de\u011fil, kendi ya\u015fam\u0131nda ve m\u00fccadelesinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmelidir.&nbsp;\u00d6rne\u011fin \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mordayanisma.org\/en\/2025\/12\/12\/modern-psikolojiye-feminist-elestiriler-3\/\">Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k Korkusu<\/a>\u201d at\u00f6lyeleri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n deneyimlerini birlikte konu\u015farak g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini ama\u00e7lar. \u0130nsan, toplumsal bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r. Kendi k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 en \u00e7ok ba\u015fka birinin aynas\u0131nda g\u00f6rebilir. Bir kad\u0131n\u0131n dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla zay\u0131f g\u00f6r\u00fcnen yerler g\u00fc\u00e7 alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. G\u00fc\u00e7 kurmak birbirimizle ba\u011f kurmak demektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ayn\u0131 patriyarkal kapitalist sistem hepimizi benzer bi\u00e7imlerde zay\u0131flat\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Patoloji Odakl\u0131 De\u011fil<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feminist psikoterapi, insan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 yaln\u0131zca bireysel bir bozuklu\u011fun sonucu olarak g\u00f6rmez. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bu kadar yo\u011fun bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda zaman zaman \u00f6fke patlamas\u0131 ya\u015famak insan\u00eedir, der. \u00d6fkenin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve iyile\u015ftirici bir y\u00f6n\u00fc olabilece\u011fini kabul eder. Korku ve kayg\u0131 gibi durumlar\u0131 hemen patolojik bir tan\u0131n\u0131n merkezine yerle\u015ftirmek yerine, arka plandaki ko\u015fullara bakar ve ya\u015fananlar\u0131n sistem ile ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zetle feminist psikoterapi, kad\u0131n\u0131n patriyarkal bask\u0131lar i\u00e7inde s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerleri g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131larak \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131 bulmas\u0131na, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffetmesine ve dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine alan a\u00e7ar. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de antidepresan kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llarda yakla\u015f\u0131k iki kat artm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve bu art\u0131\u015fta kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131<sup data-fn=\"0c7a2a18-1095-44c6-b157-880472a3ca5f\" class=\"fn\"><a id=\"0c7a2a18-1095-44c6-b157-880472a3ca5f-link\" href=\"#0c7a2a18-1095-44c6-b157-880472a3ca5f\">1<\/a><\/sup> \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201czay\u0131fl\u0131k\u201d olarak yorumlan\u0131r. Oysa mesele kad\u0131nlar\u0131n zay\u0131f olmas\u0131 de\u011fil; ekonomik g\u00fcvencesizlik, bak\u0131m y\u00fck\u00fc, \u015fiddet ve e\u015fitsizlik gibi ko\u015fullar nedeniyle zay\u0131flat\u0131lmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Antidepresan kullan\u0131m\u0131 da \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bu yap\u0131sal bask\u0131larla ba\u015f etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bir sonucudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Feminist Psikoterapi ve \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc M\u00fccadele<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130yile\u015fme yaln\u0131zca terapi odas\u0131nda de\u011fil, hayat\u0131n i\u00e7inde m\u00fccadele verdi\u011fimiz her alanda da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Feminist psikoterapi ile \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele birbirinden farkl\u0131 alanlar olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen birbirlerini beslerler. Aralar\u0131nda diyalektik bir ili\u015fki vard\u0131r. Terapi odas\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan fark\u0131ndal\u0131k ve g\u00fc\u00e7lenme m\u00fccadelde alan\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. M\u00fccadele alan\u0131nda kazan\u0131lan her kazan\u0131m, kolektif deneyim ve dayan\u0131\u015fma da ki\u015finin ruhsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. Biri olmadan di\u011feri eksik kal\u0131r. Her iki alanda da ama\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ve kendi de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6znesi olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle iyile\u015fme ile toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm birbirinden ayr\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 iki par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fccadele alan\u0131nda ise \u015fu yan\u0131lg\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015fmemek gerekir: \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme, terapi de\u011fildir. Birbirimizi su\u00e7lamadan, ele\u015ftirmeden, yapamad\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki ko\u015fullar\u0131 anlayarak ve destekleyerek dayan\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131z ama birbirimizin terapisti olmay\u0131z. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadelede g\u00fc\u00e7lenme bazen yan\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n\u0131 bir eyleme, bir at\u00f6lyeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmakla olur. Terapist de g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeyi destekler ama bunu daha bireysel ve derinlikli bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede ele al\u0131r. Feminist m\u00fccadelede kad\u0131nlar rakip de\u011fil, k\u0131z karde\u015ftir; birbirinden g\u00fc\u00e7 almay\u0131 ve birlikte g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeyi \u00f6\u011frenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fccadele alan\u0131nda feminist terapiyle birbirimize kar\u015f\u0131 iki t\u00fcr sorumlulu\u011fumuz vard\u0131r: \u0130lki mesleki sorumluluktur; alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan uzmanlar (psikolog, psikiyatrist, sosyal hizmet uzman\u0131 vb.) kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6znele\u015fmesini destekler, kendini hiyerar\u015fik bir konuma yerle\u015ftirmez ve kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini teori ve kuramsal bilgiyle besler. \u0130kincisi ise kolektif sorumluluktur.
